More Book Information

I have made 170 instruments that are in the hands of amateurs, semi-professionals and professionals all around the US. In addition, I have run my own successful violin shop for 27 years - selling, renting, restoring, and repairing tens of thousands of instruments in all quality levels. In addition to the screen shots below, the Violin Making Picture Diary page on this web site has dozens of pictures that are also from this book which contains over 300 pages and 450 COLOR pictures and illustrations.

NOTE: The print version is also available from International Violin Co. where many additional materials and tools can be purchased.

To purchase or to ask any questions, send an email to through the About Me and Links page. DO NOT just send me money through PayPal without contacting me first, in case I cannot process your order immediately as I may be out of town.
